Your newborn session will typically last between 2 to 3 hours, allowing plenty of time for feeding, cuddles, soothing, and breaks. Sessions are calm, unhurried, and baby-led so that your little one stays comfortable the entire time.

How to Prepare for Your Newborn Photography Session
To help your session go smoothly, here are a few simple ways to prepare:
1. Give Baby a Warm Bath Before the Session
A bath before your session helps soothe your baby and relax their muscles—plus, it often leads to better sleep during the shoot.
2. Keep Baby Awake for a Short Time Before Arrival
If possible, a little awake time before the session helps your baby be more sleepy and content during the shoot.
3. Feed Baby Right Before the Session
A full belly = a happy, sleepy baby. We’ll build in time for feeding at the start of the session so there’s no need to rush.
4. Dress Baby in Loose-Fitting Clothing
Avoid socks or tight onesies that can leave marks on baby’s skin. A loose sleeper with snaps or a zipper works perfectly.
5. Bring the Basics
Diapers, wipes, and a pacifier (even if baby doesn’t normally use one) can help. But remember—we provide everything else. If you forget something dont worry we have you covered.
